Dennis Abbott received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rice University, Houston, Texas. He then attended Baylor College of Dentistry, where he was on the Dean’s Honors List and graduated with a D.D.S.
In 1994, Dr. Abbott received the Dentists Scientists Award, presented by the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Abbott then studied oral biology and periontology, completing a 2 ½ year residency at the State University of New York (Buffalo) School of Dental Medicine.
In addition to attending ongoing continuing education courses, Dr. Abbott is currently a Visiting Faculty Lecturer at the State University of New York, Buffalo, as well as lecturing for Pfizer, Inc.
